# Posted: 3 May 2005 02:09:43 - I've been doing some background research for a Critical Chain add-in to GanttPV. Clearly, the critical chain calculations are a bit more complicated than the critical path calculations. Also, there is much less consensus on what those calculations should be and on how a tool should support a project manager who wishes to apply this technique. I've gotten to the point in my research where I would like to invite you to share your thoughts and suggestions. What do you think of this new approach to project scheduling? Would you like to see a critical chain add-in for GanttPV? What do you think the add-in should do? Are you interested in forming a critical chain add-in discussion group? |
